How are the shipments made?

Domestic shipments are made through NACEX, and International orders via UPS. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent by mail.

Once the shipment has been made, Ninfa Handmade has no responsibility for the follow-up, withdrawal, change of address, delivery, payment of taxes or other reasons that refer to the transport company and/or the recipient.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

Keep in mind that the products are made and packaged to order, to which, there may be a delay of up to 10 days before shipping.

Once the parcel is shipped, it may take, approximately 72 hours for domestic orders to be delivered. For the rest of the countries between 4-15 business days.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

We do not offer returns outside EU. 

For domestic EU orders, we accept returns for store credit initiated within 7 days of order delivery. The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related import fees/taxes.
For international clients, no exchanges or returns are available at this time.  

Merchandise submitted for exchange/store credit must be in its unworn, original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements for exchange. 
After 7 days of the shipment delivery date, all sales are final and we are not able to modify orders under any circumstances. 
 If your order has already shipped, we are not able to make any changes or substitutions.

If you received a defective product, you have one month to contact us. After 30 days of receipt of the purchase, no changes or returns of any kind are accepted.

How are products shipped?

Our packaging is 100% recyclable.

How can I better preserve my accessories?

All our products are handmade and therefore delicate. For better conservation, do not spray directly with perfumes or cosmetics that can damage the metal. Do not shower with the piece on and avoid humidity, when it is not used it is advisable to store it in a closed cloth bag. Darkened metal parts can be cleaned with special metal cleaners, contact us if you have any questions.

Can you repair my part?

If your part needs to be repaired, contact us and we will inform you.

What form of payment do you accept?

If you use the shopping cart, you can pay with any of the debit and credit cards enabled, through Paypal, and also by bank transfer.

Where can I find the products?

Our Atelier is at Bonfim, Porto, Portugal. Is a shared spaced with other artist.
